All American Pest Services was started in 2015 by two all-American brothers. These two brothers Ron and Major Tom Freedman were both raised in beautiful Sarasota, FL. Shortly after graduating both brothers took off on career paths.

In this section, we answer common questions that our customers frequently ask. These questions cover a wide range of topics and aim to address any concerns or uncertainties you may have.
What does the initial service entail?
The initial service consists of a thorough interior and exterior service. The perimeter is treated 1ft-3ft up and out around the entire structure(s). It also includes an inspection to identify any issues you may or may not be aware of.
What if I want exterior service only, or interior service at every quarterly service?
Interior service is upon request, as everyone is different in how they want their home treated. We prefer to let you decide the frequency of interior treatment. We can add those customers that want every interior service to a schedule list.
How will I know when my property is going to be serviced?
A courtesy text will be sent when you are within 15 days of your next service. It will direct you to text the office for scheduling if interior service is needed.
What pests are covered for callbacks?
Ants, Roaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, wasps, mud daubers
What other services, besides quarterly pest control, do you provide?
Some of our other services include Mosquito trap service, rodent prevention, subterranean termite prevention, WDO termite inspections, other termite services, Rodent trapping and sealing, bedbug treatment, and flea treatment. Please contact the office for a quote.
My credit card was compromised and I need to give a new card # and your primary form of communication is text. how do I give you this information?
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with the office, and they will schedule a phone call with you to correct that information in your account.
Why am I receiving an invoice with no charges on it?
You will receive a service inspection report via email after every service. this is a courtesy to let you know that the service was performed. This is not a bill if you are on quarterly service with a monthly auto bill.
I see that my tech is outside doing my exterior service. Can't I just ask him to do the interior really quick?
We ask that you please schedule interior service through the office as the tech is only allotted a certain amount of time per appointment and this can throw off the whole day, and prevent some people from even receiving service that day.
